Shipping Policy
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Peak seasons may require additional time.
• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping speed is based on the option selected at
checkout. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
• Items such as acetone, alcohol, and monomer may be shipped ground only, per carrier
restrictions.
• We do not ship internationally at this time. Some items may not be eligible for delivery to
P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the continental U.S.
• Once a package has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking
number shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact the carrier first,
then notify us for further assistance.
• Customers are responsible for inputting correct shipping information. Packages returned
due to invalid or undeliverable addresses will require a reshipping fee.
Return & Refund Policy
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or
defective prior to use.
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Items must be
unused, unopened, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Qualifying products include
damaged packaging, dried-out gel polish, or leaking containers.
• All electrical items (gel lamps, mini lamps, e-files, etc.) are final sale and are covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty only. Please contact the manufacturer for service or replacement.
• Any product returned without prior approval may be refused or discarded without refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days
after inspection and approval.
