All station lamps are sourced internationally and do not include a warranty. All sales are final at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturer
defect or damage that occurred prior to opening.
• If a product (such as gel polish or packaging) arrives damaged or defective, Inspiration
Nails will honor a return or exchange within 5 days of purchase. The item must be
unopened, unused, and accompanied by a receipt.
• Electrical items (e-files, gel lamps, mini lamps, etc.) are non-returnable and are supported
only through the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Our store is designed to serve licensed professionals, though we offer select products
suitable for safe at-home use. Some items may be restricted from sale due to distributor,
safety, or brand agreements.
• Customers agree not to misuse professional products or share them in a way that
misrepresents their intended use or safety guidelines.
• We request that all concerns be directed to us for resolution. You agree not to post
defamatory or misleading content online, including on social media, about our brand or
staff.
• Applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout.
• By purchasing, you consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and understand that
basic personal information may be collected for transaction or optional marketing purposes
(only if you opt in).
